Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware Our interactions with Mid Valley have been nothing but disastrous. It seems every time we talked with someone there, they had no idea who we were and seemed to have no idea about their products. Unfortunately, my wife and I had already ordered a new front door from them by the time we realized what a mistake we had made by choosing Mid Valley. We shopped around quite a bit and finally decided on a custom cut wood door (which wasn't cheap). When it arrived, we let our contractor know that it would be ready to be installed in a few days (we had to stain it). Before we started staining it, we noticed a golf ball sized divot on the side that had been face down. We didn't notice it when it was delivered a few days prior and certainly didn't drop the door or bump into it. Worse yet, it appeared that the gouge had been sanded to try and conceal it. We took a picture of the damage and showed the picture to Adam (our salesperson). Adam informed us that there was a 12 month warranty on the door and that it shouldn't have left the shop in that condition. He said he would contact the manufacturer and find a resolution. A few days later, I got the call from Mid Valley. They informed me that the manufacturer was unwilling to take the door back and that any repairs to the door would need to be paid for by us. ??? As I type this review, I still have yet to resolve the issue but am flabbergasted at their response. Please don't make the mistake we did. There are plenty of other businesses in town that provide the same products and have much better customer service. Disappointed
