To earn the Showroom Diamond, the dealer must have a showroom with a minimum number of Milgard products on display.

To earn the AAMA Certified Diamond, the dealers must have at least one member from each of their installation crews complete the AAMA Installation Masters training and pass the AAMA Certified Install test.

To earn the Product Knowledge Diamond, all Dealer Sales Consultants must pass a series of standardized Milgard administered tests demonstrating Milgard product knowledge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from VERY HAPPY WITH PELICAN AFTER MY RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH PELICAN WINDOWS I WAS COMPELLED TO WRITE A REVIEW. I CAN'T GET OVER THE PROFESSIONALISM OF TIM,THE OWNER OF PELICAN. HE CAME TO MY HOME TO GIVE ME A QUOTE FOR THE FOUR WINDOWS I WAS REPLACING. HE SAT DOWN AND DISCUSSED WITH ME THE 3 CHOICES AND THE COST OF EACH. AFTER I CHOSE, TIM DID NOT REQUIRE A CONTRACT AND/OR A DEPOSIT. HE STATED THAT PAYMENT WAS DUE UPON COMPLETION AND WORK WAS COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION. THE INSTALLERS WERE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND IT TOOK ONLY A COUPLE OF HOURS. I ALSO HAVE TO MENTION THAT I ASKED TIM TO LOOK AT A NEW INSTALL OF A KITCHEN WINDOW BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. IT HAD BEEN BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION BY A FEW OTHER WINDOW COMPANIES, THAT IT REQUIRED ADDITIONAL FINIS WORK TO MAKE IT RIGHT. TIM'S CREW TOOK CARE OF IT AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE AND TIM ALSO NOTICED MY SCREEN DOOR HANDLE WAS HITTING MY BEDROOM WINDOW AND FOR SAFETY, CHANGED THAT WINDOW TO TEMPERED GLASS AND AGAIN AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ME. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS GIVEN ME HOPE THAT THERE ARE GOOD,HONEST,CARING PEOPLE LIKE TIM. I WOULD RECOMMEND PELICAN TO EVERYONE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Totally trustworthy & competitive pricing Tim & his company, Pelican Replacement Windows, have done many Milgard replacements for me, including conventional windows and sliding doors, and more unusual custom windows, with no problems. It's rare that I find a contractor who I totally trust, who is totally honorable, but Tim fits the bill. Thanks again, Tim for all the great Milgard replacements.
