To earn the Showroom Diamond, the dealer must have a showroom with a minimum number of Milgard products on display.

To earn the Web-Site Diamond, the dealer must have their own Web-site with information about the Milgard products and the services they sell.

To earn the AAMA Certified Diamond, the dealers must have at least one member from each of their installation crews complete the AAMA Installation Masters training and pass the AAMA Certified Install test.

To earn the Product Knowledge Diamond, all Dealer Sales Consultants must pass a series of standardized Milgard administered tests demonstrating Milgard product knowledge.

From the salesman to the installers, everyone worked to be sure we were happy. The installers were courteous and professional and did an excellent job. We have no qualms in highly recommending them to anyone and would use them again in the future if needed.

But the real strength was attention to detail, I was kept updated all the time, and provided with detail breakdowns of every step. During installation one of the windows caused a small mark on the wall, I was not in, but the installers called me up, asked which color paint that wall was, and then fixed it. They owned up to it. Wonderful!!

When choosing windows and doors for my new home, Milgard was my first choice due to my prior experience with them. All that was left to do was to choose and installer and I am so happy that I chose Newman's. From start to finish their employees were professional, competent and pleasant - even working through the rain to complete my install. Would not hesitate to recommend Newman's and Milgard.

It was time to replace the garden window and I'm glad I chose Newman. They were professional, polite and did a great job on the installation. They were excellent at communicating with me every step of the way.
