How soon will I get my Amazon Gift Card?

  • If qualified, you will receive your Amazon.com Gift Card code via email approximately 4-6 weeks after taking delivery of your product.
  • If it’s been 4 – 6 weeks since you registered your warranty with your Promo Code or if you have other rebate processing questions, please contact us here

  • You can register your warranty here. Have your Sales Order Number available to quickly fill out the form. 

Why should I register my warranty? 

  • If you ever need service on your Milgard windows or doors, having your warranty registered can help expedite your request.

Update on Service/Warranty Request

If you are inquiring about an existing case and have received an email from a Milgard customer service representative, please reply directly to that email. Your assigned customer service representative will respond in a timely manner. Or, contact Milgard at 1-800-MILGARD during the business hours of 8am – 5pm PST.
